FACTS & FEATURES

FACECLAIM: gerard waycloseted nb/transfem
he/him / they/them
(occasional she/her)
- sydney’s personality is cold and caustic, although he’s slowly learning to be more kind toward others. he has a natural affinity toward bugs and vermin, and a supernatural ability to communicate with them.- due to injuries sustained while in the military, sydney is missing his right leg above the knee. he wears a prosthetic and walks with a heavy limp. he sometimes uses the aid of forearm crutches or a cane.- as a ghost, sydney is currently still discovering his supernatural abilities. he can have a solid or intangible form, and can alter certain aspects of his appearance;
he usually prefers to look the way he did before chemo made him lose his hair, which had previously turned gray prematurely, then completely white.
his appearance changes with his mood - the worse he feels, the sicker he looks, rapidly “withering” to an emaciated corpse and losing his hair.
sometimes this effects his environment by rotting or wearing away at his surroundings.- an IV drip is permanently inserted into the back of his left hand, representative of his soul and a reminder of the sickness that killed him. the bag contains a bright red fluid and is free-floating, usually hovering beside him at eye level. there’s nothing he can do to make it disappear, but he can make it appear as a regular IV stand.
sydney also wears a hospital wristband on his left arm which cannot be removed.
